My Testimony by faith.

I have attended church since I was a small child. I was blessed with a Godly Mother. I was saved at the age of 10 during a revival meeting. Without Christ in my life at that age I would never have made it thur some very difficult times. I was abused by my father, something no child should have to go thur. When I was a young teen I rebelled and had some friends that weren't follower's of Christ, I didn't do drugs nor drink but did things I'm ashamed of. I returned to my Christian roots at the age of 19. I attended the same church for 30 years. I have been thur some more trials in my adult life. I became addicted to prescription drugs prescribed by my doctors. Jesus rescued me from that. I also have a family with members who committed suicide, one being my father. Jesus was there for me then as well, he is always faithful even when we aren't. I've had severe depression and thoughts of suicide myself. I thank and give all the glory to God, for he brought me out of the darkness into his light again. I'm going thur more trials now as my husband has been ill and is reaching the end of his life. God is once again carrying me thur that now. My husband, Don died on 2/17/06. Now I lean on Jesus every hour. I feel his peace which is so beyond our understanding. Don't ever believe the lie that when you accept Christ, the rest of your life will be all sunshine and roses, doesn't work that way. I have never even heard of any one regretting their decision to follow Christ. If you haven't made that choice to accept Jesus Christ, my prayer is you will.

This is how to know Jesus, who died, and shed his blood so we could be saved. Say this simple prayer:  Father I know I am a sinner, and I believe Jesus died on the cross for my sins. Please forgive me of my sins, and transform me into a new person. I surrender control of my life to You today. In Jesus's name. Amen.

If you said the above prayer please tell some one and seek out a church that teaches, The Holy Bible. Also you can find help here: http://www.intouch.org, or http://www.bgea.org please don't ignore the call from Jesus when he knocks on the door of your heart.  John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. If you have attended a NewSong concert you have heard, Michael O'Brien's testimony he and I would ask you, are you 100% sure that when you die, you will go to Heaven? Make sure today. We are not promised tomorrow. Don't listen to the devil and put off accepting Jesus.

THE LAMB.

THE LAMB

>> >Think carefully about what you will be reading.
>> >Mary had a little lamb,
>> >His fleece was white as snow.
>> >And everywhere that Mary went,
>> >The Lamb was sure to go.
>> >He followed her to school each day,
>> >T'wasn't even in the rule.
>> >It made the children laugh and play, To have a Lamb at school.
>> >And then the rules all changed one day, Illegal it became; To bring
>> >the Lamb of God to school, Or even speak His Name!
>> >Every day got worse and worse,
>> >And days turned into years.
>> >Instead of hearing children laugh,
>> >We heard gun shots and tears.
>> >What must we do to stop the crime,
>> >That's in our schools today?
>> >Let's let the Lamb come back to school, And teach our kids to pray!
>> >If you agree, please pass this on:
>> >It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God.

LOOK WHO GOD PICKED? NOW YOU!

Who God Uses

God, grant me the Serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the Courage to change the one I can, and the Wisdom to know it's me.

The next time you feel like GOD can't use you, just remember...

Noah was a drunk

Abraham was too old

Isaac was a daydreamer

Jacob was a liar

Leah was ugly

Joseph was abused

Moses had a stuttering problem

Gideon was afraid

Samson had long hair and was a womanizer

Rahab was a prostitute

Jeremiah and Timothy were too young

David had an affair and was a murderer

Elijah was suicidal

Isaiah preached naked

Jonah ran from God

Naomi was a widow

Job went bankrupt

John the Baptist ate bugs

Peter denied Christ

The Disciples fell asleep while praying

Martha worried about everything

The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once

Zaccheus was too small

Paul was too religious

Timothy had an ulcer...AND

Lazarus was dead!

No more excuses now. God can use you to your full potential.

Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger.
